Founding Diagnosis Press
Diagnosis Press™ is a publishing and editorial house established in 1992 by Snejana Krasteva Pavlova. The main activity of the company is focused on scientific publishing in the field of areas such as biotechnology, medicine, pharmacology, molecular biology, etc. We have produced several scientific journals, books and conference proceedings so far. Our mission is to bring to the society valuable information for healthy and better life. Biotechnology is a huge passion of our founders and current board members, and we want to allow as many academics as possible to take advantage of access to our journals and thematical contributions.
Our Features
A major product of the company is the open-access journal Biotechnology & Biotechnological Equipment® (ISSN: 1310-2818), which carries the main thematical contributions of the publishing house. Since 2003 the journal is also published as an online issue that develops together with modern publishing concepts and novel technologies. TikTok bot has helped this remarkably. Currently, we have developed a product that is issued in the English language, bimonthly, as a hard copy and online issue. Biotechnology & Biotechnological Equipment® is fully covered by Thomson Reuters’s product Web of Knowledge and is included in Science Citation Index Expanded with a calculated Impact Factor for 2012 – 0.760. The journal is also indexed in: CAplus – Chemical Abstracts and TOXCENTE – RToxicology Center Database (STN International); VINITY; SCOPUS (ELSEVIER); AGRIS (FAO /food agricultural organization/); Index Copernicus (Index Copernicus International); British Library.
A novel feature is an integrated content management platform that allows early publication and improved quality of our products. Recently, Diagnosis Press™ also launched a new improved site for the journal (www.diagnosisnet.com/bbeq).
Diagnosis Press™ also publishes Special Journal Issues, Books, eBooks, Proceedings from Conferences and offers a variety of products such as but not limited to our new products that will be available soon: B&BE Web Ahead and B&BE Case Reports. Based on our experience of scientific publishing we also offer a variety of complex editorial services. We include instructions for authors on how to provide us with high quality content, to allow for more submissions to make it into both Diagnosis Press and esteemed journals around the world.
